		<description>I&#039;m having exactly the same problem with them currently. An intermittent fault since last Thursday, when they said there were no problems in my area and would send an engineer on Tuesday. Tuesday comes, no engineer. I call back, and they say they cancelled him as there&#039;s a known fault in my area which should be fixed in the next two days. But the website claims the service in my area (Brighton) is ok. They then promised an update callback which they&#039;ve failed to deliver on. So I still don&#039;t know if this is a general fault which they&#039;re covering up, or a fault at my end which they&#039;re failing to fix. Either way, dissatisfied customer. Oh, and their Twitter &#039;customer care&#039; team aren&#039;t in contact with their faults dept, so don&#039;t actually offer any solutions, just tell me to call back.</description>
